Please bring your printed or mobile ticket and a valid, government issued 18+ photo ID. Attendees who do not have their ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event and will not be refunded.
Please visit our TICKETS page to purchase either a Standard or VIP ticket to the event.
General Admission ticket holders will gain entry to the Festival for 6 hours of beer and wing tasting. VIP ticket holders gain entry inside the Festival, as well as some sweet bonuses which we’ll be announcing soon for our 2016 event.
We’ll be updating this information as we finalize our plans for the 2016 event.
Tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer tickets to someone else who is 18+. Tickets are transferred by printing out the ticket and handing it to the person of your choice.
The Calgary Wing Festival is an indoor event. In extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
Yes, of course! We provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options, as well.
Unfortunately, The Calgary Wing Festival is adults’ only event, ages 18+ are welcome.
ATMs are available on site. Wing and drink tickets can be purchased via credit, debit or cash.
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.
The Calgary Wing Festival has a no re-entry policy.
Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas at specific stadiums.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted. You will need to dispose of it prior to entrance.
